i zip along at about 60k iu vit D a month and eat a mostly carnivore diet, my most likely deficiency would be calcium cos i dont eat bone broth, i supplement K2, Vit C, zinc, potassium, magnesium and copper.

Not one person in 10,000 knows anything about "mRNA", much less "miRNA". If they did, they wouldn't have volunteered for these injections.
