Thanks you sooo much for all the work that you put into this. I would like to make one, what I think is a very important suggestion, though. Please, in the future, break these up into multiple postings. This is so incredibly long that most people don’t have the band width to digest it in one setting. And if they can’t read it in one setting, it’s highly likely that they’ll never read it at all because it’s not convenient to try to find a place to break it off and come back to the next time you have time to sit and read or listen, that’s the case may be.
