Manipulating the Man-made Ionosphere

If the government and air force publicly admitted to being able to control weather and the upper-ionosphere with HAARP, in 1995, imagine where the actual technology has evolved since (below discussion).

Popular Science - September 1995

“A 1990 internal document obtained by POPULAR SCIENCE says the program's (HAARP) overall goal is to ‘control ionospheric processes in such a way as to greatly improve the performance of military command, control, and communications systems.’ It provides a description of the following applications:

• Injecting high-frequency radio energy into the ionosphere to create huge, extremely low frequency (ELF) virtual antennas used for earth-penetrating tomography-peering deep beneath the surface of the ground by collecting and analyzing reflected ELF waves beamed down from above.

• Heating regions of the lower and upper ionosphere to form virtual "lenses" and "mirrors" that can reflect a broad range of radio frequencies far over the horizon to detect stealthy cruise missiles and aircraft.

• Generating ELF radio waves in the ionosphere to communicate across large distances with deeply submerged submarines. And, patent documents filed during an earlier research effort that evolved into the HAARP program outline further military applications of ionospheric-heating technology:

• Creating a "full global shield" that would destroy ballistic missiles by overheating their electronic guidance systems as they fly through a powerful radio-energy field.

• Distinguishing nuclear warheads from decoys by sensing their elemental composition.

• Manipulating local weather.”

“WAY UP IN THE IONOSPHERE
The atmosphere near Earth's surface is composed of a soup of neutral atoms and molecules of various gases, mostly nitrogen and oxygen. Things are different in the rarefied ionosphere, where the Sun's ultraviolet and X-ray radiation transforms these particles into ions and free electrons through the process known as ionization. Radio communications are profoundly affected by the ionosphere, which can variously reflect, distort, or absorb radio signals, depending on their frequency and other conditions.

Sometimes listeners around the world can hear a high-frequency, shortwave broadcast that has repeatedly "bounced" off the ionosphere. Similarly, AM radio broadcasts that don't carry very far during the day can sometimes be received much farther away at night, when the ionosphere's reflectivity increases.

The ionosphere is a notoriously changeable medium for radio transmission. It varies with the day-night cycle, in response to perturbations in Earth's magnetic field, and particularly during periods of sunspot activity, when high-frequency and very low frequency radio communication may become impossible, and power-grid failures on the ground can even occur. Since there are so few atmospheric particles in the ionosphere, our normal concept of temperature doesn't work. Up there, temperature is an expression of how excited or "hot" the electrons are. Electron temperatures range between -130°F and 302°F across the ionosphere's four layers, which extend from 35 to 500 miles in altitude. The local heating effect of the HARP transmitter is expected to raise electron temperature by 40°F, according to the Air Force, and to endure as long as three months.”

"The full global shield is an exotic proposal for an Earth-encompassing shell of high-speed electrons and ions that would be generated by a much more powerful version of HAARP. Any missile or warhead passing through the protective shell would explode. Or, a "soft-kill" weapon system using ELF waves produced by HAARP heating could be used to overload power-distribution grids and destroy unshielded microelectronics using electromagnetic pulse energy similar to that released by
a high-altitude nuclear explosion. Real nuclear warheads and decoys, or the constituent materials of unfamiliar satellites, could be remotely distinguished in flight by bathing them in accelerated electrons. Analyzing the electromagnetic signal returns would reveal their elemental composition. Weather manipulation may be possible by building an ionospheric heater a thousandfold more powerful than
HAARP. Differential heating of areas of the atmosphere could induce local
weather conditions, such as floods or droughts, useful to the military.
Smooth seas might suddenly be raked by treacherous squalls, creating or
denying a tactical advantage.”

More recent military ‘science’ - Manipulating the Man-made Ionosphere

In late summer of 1958, the US Navy began a series of three upper-atmospheric nuclear detonations conducted in the south Atlantic. Based on a theory by Nicholas Christofilos (early particle accelerator developer), that a nuclear detonation in the ionosphere would trap charged particles in the earth’s magnetic lines. After the tests, his theories were confirmed and are now known as the ‘Christofilos Effect’.

From FOIA released US Department of Defense documents:

“Christofilos' theory was of major interest to the U.S. Government, particularly the Department of Defense (DOD), because of the possible effects of an artificially created radiation belt on defense systems. For example, a sufficiently powerful electron source, such as a nuclear warhead of several megatons yield, if detonated high above the Earth might seriously degrade radio and radar transmission and reception in the 50- to 200~MB2 band. Such a radiation belt might also damage or destroy the arming and fuzing mechanisms of an intercontinental ballistic missile passing through it. A third possibility was that the radiation belt might endanger crews of orbiting space vehicles that entered the belt. To verify Christofilos' theory and the magnitude of its predicted effects required a nuclear test operation unlike any the United States had previously conducted. Both the operation itself and the effect predicted by Christofilos came to be known by the code name ARGUS.”

On July 9, 1962, operation ‘Starfish Prime’, detonated a 1.4 megaton nuclear warhead 400 kilometres above the earth’s surface. ‘Starfish Prime’, along with operations ‘Fishbowl’ and ‘Dominic’, launched five Thor (US Nazi scientist Redstone Arsenal project) missiles into the upper and middle ionosphere and detonated nuclear devices.

In 2006, scientists re-analyzed the dozens of instrumentation rockets that were launched at the same time as the nuclear armed missiles, in order to understand multiple environmental phenomenon caused by the ionospheric explosions. Specifically, a report on the formation of a diamagnetic cavity from the 400 kilometer point of detonation down to multiple points on earth.

Let us simplify this: scientists shot a nuclear bomb into the atmosphere, creating rips (non-magnetized) in the earth’s magnetic field. This ‘diamagnetic cavity’ (aka Antigravity Field) contained ever-expanding plasma following the direction of the earth’s magnetic field lines. The average velocity of the plasma travelling down these ‘tubes of antimatter’ was 46 km/s, downward to the earth. Some of the ionized nuclear particles followed these ‘tubes’ back to earth, but the rest stayed up in the ionosphere to be utilized later. Keep in mind the half-life of nuclear matter…

To put this in perspective, Korean’s have created a ‘KStar Fusion Reactor’ (aka false sun) based on this same diamagnetic plasma field where they superheated plasma to 100 million degrees for 20 seconds. The Koreans (and Chinese) utilize a magnetic field generator to confine the beam - a technology developed by Igor Tamm and Sakharov (both worked on the Soviet hydrogen bomb project) - to create magnetic fields similar to the earth’s magnetic fields. This technology allows scientists to create similar fission reactions inside these ‘antimagnetic fields’ to the ones created by our sun. This ties directly to the nefarious CERN project, but that is a future post on its own [insert ‘Matter versus Antimatter’ future link].

Summary: crazy shit happens under magnetic fields, vacuums or pressure; all created in these diamagnetic cavities, or in the sun. **We could be linking other dimensions at this point, but this is speculation, at best (see bottom for bonus discussion).**

So how does this all relate back to HAARP? Well, literal shit-tons of nuclear-charged plasma have been ‘forcefully created’ in the ionosphere and if ‘someone’ could create an ionospheric disturbance similar to a nuclear explosion and its corresponding electromagnetic pulse, ‘they’ could theoretically create focused tunnels of hyper-velocity, downward-moving, nuclear-charged plasma beams.

In comes O-mode versus X-mode polarized high-frequency wave tests being done at HAARP and other ionospheric heat pumps around the world. Utilizing 150-650MW (way less than HAARP) power input to create ionospheric turbulence in the ionosphere, current research being done focus oscillating beams onto a ‘zenith spot’ of energy to create ‘gravitational field-aligned anomalies’. One of the research papers describes their tests as ‘simultaneous action of the X- and O-mode pump waves lead to the excitation of effects… the excitation of small-scale field-aligned irregularities due to the thermal parametric (resonance) instability and a downshifted maximum (DM) component in the wideband stimulated electromagnetic emission (WSEE) spectra’.

Summary: by utilizing alternate frequencies of waves on a focused point of plasma in the ionosphere along geomagnetic field lines, ‘they’ can create an electromagnetic pulse, similar to that of a nuclear bomb; which then in-turn creates these ‘ducts’ of diamagnetic plasma. These tubes are more like ‘antimatter tubes’ and could be utilized to transport waves, light beams, electron beam weapons etc., all at near the speed of light. Military wins again.

But but but… this is new science, we had no idea…

Cough cough… find excerpts from a 1977 US government on ‘The Effects of Nuclear Weapons - Chapter 11 - EMP in High-Altitude Bursts’

“If the nuclear burst is at an altitude above about 19 miles, the gamma rays moving in an upward direction will enter an atmosphere where the air density is so low that the rays travel great distances before being absorbed. On the other hand, the gamma rays emitted from the explosion in a generally downward direction will encounter a region where the atmospheric density is increasing. These gamma rays will interact with the air molecules and atoms to form the deposition (or source) region for the EMP. This roughly circular region may be up to 50 miles thick in the center, tapering toward the edge, with a mean altitude of about 25 to 30 miles. It extends horizontally for great distances which increase with the energy yield and the height of the burst point”

“these electrons are deflected by the earth's magnetic field and are forced to undergo a turning motion about the field lines. This motion causes the electrons to be subjected to a radial acceleration which results, by a complex mechanism, in the generation of an EMP that moves down toward the earth

“The electric field is influenced by the earth's magnetic field, but over most of the area affected by the EMP, the electric field strength varies by not more than a factor of two for explosions with yields of a few hundred kilotons or more.”

So back to HAARP: we have determined that HAARP can pump alternating waves of electrons into the ionosphere using high-frequency transmitters on earth, and induce an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) similar to a nuclear explosion. These pulses create tunnels of directed energy moving at almost the speed of light, shooting downward from the ionosphere to the earth (sort of like giant lightning bolts of plasma).

Further, HAARP and other ionospheric heaters around the world can then send L-mode electromagnetic waves into the ionosphere in order to create massive, charged plasma fields, which the above tunnels can focus upon as a zenith point. “Electromagnetic high-frequency (HF) pumping of ionospheric plasma from ground-based transmitters yields the strongest plasma response when the HF beam is directed in magnetic zenith, antiparallel to the geomagnetic field (B0) in the Northern Hemisphere. This magnetic zenith effect has been observed in several plasma phenomena”. So ‘they’ create the plasma for the lightning bolts. Military wins again.

Step Four: force remaining survivors to the “magnetic cities” by pumping artificial sun (charged plasma tubes) into these ‘earth’s magnetic field aligned smart cities’ - magnetic cities will have magnetic obelisks (like Egypt - same technology)

Step Five: total population domination in smart cities

Step Six: send directed energy weapons of various types to unruly areas of the planet - blame climate change - hunger games version 2.0
